Brian was born in Houston, Texas, later moving to Louisiana during middle school. He attended McNeese State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Secondary English Education in 2008. Thereafter, he continued his education at the LSU Law Center, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law in 2011.

After graduating from law school, Brian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Clayton Davis at the Fourteenth Judicial District Court of Louisiana before entering into private practice.

Brian is a member of the American and Louisiana Bar Associations, along with the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. He is also an active member of the McNeese Alumni Association.
